Give your diapers a detergent wash before you begin using them!

1. Place solids in the pot

With the help of a faucet, place any solids
in the pot. This will make it easier to store and
clean the diapers.

2. Quick rinse

Give diapers a quick rinse under the tap to
dilute any residue. Now you can store in a wet
bag until the next wash cycle.

3. Run a short wash cycle

Put the dirty diaper shells and detached inserts
 in the machine with a little powdered
detergent and run a short cycle (20 - 30 mins).

4. Run a long wash cycle

Run your regular wash cycle (45 to 60 mins)
with the recommended detergent amount for
 load size. You can toss in your other laundry!

5. Dry your diapers

Dry in machine and then line dry under the
 sun for 2 - 3 hours with fleece layer
 facing up to get rid of any stains!

Tips & Tricks

Do not use dettol to disinfect the 'Ultimates' as this can cause reduce absorbency.

DON'T USE DETTOL

If you have hard water, use water softener. Add it to your water during wash routine.

HAVE HARD WATER?

Avoid using liquid detergents and soap bars. Use a plain powdered detergent.

NO SOAP BARS

Do not use conditioners, fabric softeners or detergents with fragrances.

NO FRAGRANCES

Do not use rash creams or ointments without using a fleece liner with the 'Ultimate'.
